Digitizing mode

There is no button to activate digitizing mode. When user starts ThreadsES, he can start digitizing. If any other command is active, user must exit the command in order to be able to digitize again. User can choose whether he will digitize an existing image (that he can load into background) or create new drawing from scratch.
